Mainly applied to organic synthesis of esterification agent, dyeing mordant, buffer, chemical reagent.

Sodium acetate anhydrous is used as esterification agent for organic synthesis, photographic medicine, printing and dyeing mordant, buffer, chemical reagent, meat preservative, pigment, tanning and so on.It can be used to produce various chemical products, such as furan acrylic acid, acetate and chloroacetic acid.The product as a buffer of seasoning, can ease the bad smell and prevent color change, has a certain anti-mildew effect.Can also be used as sauce, sauerkraut, mayonnaise, fish cake, sausage, bread, sticky cake and other sour agent.Mixed with methyl cellulose, phosphate, etc., used to improve the preservation of sausage, bread, sticky cake, etc.

Sodium Acetate Description:

Sodium acetate may be added to food as a seasoning, sometimes in the form of sodium diacetate, a one-to-one complex of sodium acetate and acetic acid,given the E-number E262. It is often used to give potato chips a salt and vinegar flavor.
